Since 2002, the vineyard is cultivated by his sons. A tribute to Sr dos Reis and his family, as well as to the friendship with the Barbeito Family, which grows stronger every year.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eIn July 2022, 1,109 bottles were filled, all individually numbered.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"\u003eThis wine was naturally aged in cask and bottled in its purest state. To show it at its best, serve between 13\/14ºC. \u003cstrong\u003eThis wine was filtered and does not require decanting, and it will drink well for several months, if not years, after opening – Madeira is almost indestructible! \u003c\/strong\u003eThe sample I tasted recently had been open for 5 months, and had reportedly not changed at all since opening!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"\u003e\u003cem\u003eA bright golden colour. Fresh and floral aromas with notes of pine, apricot, ripe citrus fruits, white sultanas, caramel and candied fruit. Balanced acidity, fresh and spicy, with layers of citrus flavours, nutty notes candied ginger and salted caramel.
