Fermentation lasted 7 days and was stopped by the adding vinic alcohol at 96º, resulting in a 17º wine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" align=\"center\" style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003cb\u003eIn March 2008, the wine was separated from the lees and stored in old French oak casks in warehouse E where it aged until its bottling in February 2023.\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" align=\"center\" style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003cb\u003e924 500ml units and 36 double magnums were produced.\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" align=\"center\" style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\"\u003e This wine was naturally aged in cask and bottled in its purest state. To show it at its best, serve between 13\/14ºC. This wine was filtered and does not require decanting, and it will drink well for several months, if not years, after opening – Madeira is almost indestructible!\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" align=\"center\" style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003eGreenish gold.
